How many people...

Are you having at your wedding? We are shooting for 150, we have to have 140 minimum.

we have to guarantee 125. i keep saying 150, FI keeps cutting it do 125 maybe 130

Guaranteed 100, but my invite list has grown to 200(including about 8 to 10 children under 12). A lot are out of towners so I am really hoping for no more than 140. My list started around 140 & then my mom started adding on extended family, most of which I barely know, so I have no idea if they will really come or not. My mom is paying for our reception & some other costs, so I let her make the deceision to invite these extra relatives & she didn't want me to cut the original guestlist in anyway.

We guaranteed 150 I think. We're inviting approx 200 -210 and hoping for no more than 180.

Always remember the 20% rule. Stats have shown that usually 20% of invited guests do not come so if you are inviting 200 people don't guarantee more than 160 people. It's better to add than pay for people that don't show.
