We are doing the night before..... (If anyone can recommend a place near Massapequa that would be a CHEAP place for us to have a rehearsal dinner I'd appreciate suggestions) FH parents offered to pay, but they don't have much... I'd actually like a chinese food place, generally lots o food low cost.... But am open to suggestions!!

Hey Kris10546.. that sounds like a great idea...My FH and I love the mets and i don't think my out of town guest... family, BM, GM would mind...
I'll keep that in mind...
But if not, i might just have a dinner somewhere after the rehearsal the night before...

Rehersal & RD Thursday 6/5/08 a few activities on Friday 6/6/08 & a welcome party that night then Wedding on Sat

we are having it in FMIL's backyard day before the wedding... the best rehearsal dinner i went to was one in someones yard... it was SO relaxed and laid back - we had an AWESOME time!!
as far as people we are inviting... obviously the bridal party & immediate family - thats it!!!
even with just bridal party & family thats at LEAST 50 people... i still have to talk to FMIL to make sure that many people is okay for her backyard lol or else we'll have to figure something out b/c i cant not invite my family considering SO many of my family memers are involved in my wedding!!!

We are going to try to do our church early the night before the wedding because I want to have my RD at shea stadium and then stay for the game!

probably going to do it the saturday right before...the church is in east meadow and there will be people coming from jersey, brooklyn abd staten island...It would be too much for a friday
