Where are you drawing the line? Are you inviting all of the people from OOT? BP without guests?
I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to not have 60 people at this dinner! Thanks

I would not invite OOT guests, but would def invite BP with dates.

We are having the same problem...we want to have it in a place with a capacity of around 50 and we potentially have 72 guests!!
Unfortunately, I don't think there is any way around it. I feel as if you should invite OOT guests...If they are making the trip for your wedding, you should entertain them when they arrive.

Most of my OOT guests are already in the BP, and the ones that aren't with a few minor exceptions are family. If I can get a really great deal I will include them all, if not, then RD is for BP, traditionally following an actual rehersal (which I am having), and that will be all that is included (with spouses of course).
