How many people are you inviting to your rehersal dinner?

I was just speaking to FMIL about this yesterday - we've counted about 35ish so far, but it's still a long ways off and we haven't finalized a list or anything.

I've heard different things. My mother said you usually invite:

1. BP and their significant others
2. Grandparents
3. Readers and their significant others
4. anyone you want to thank
5. OOT guests....(I don't know if I agree with this one).

We had about 35 people. If I had invited the OOT guests it would have been 70 +.

I know some people would not agree but we didnt invite them. It was to much. I felt like I was planning a 2nd wedding.

Just the bridal party and their guests...depending on who we decide to be in it...18-20 or 25-29

We had about 65 people there. We had a large BP and we invited OOT guests.

We had around 30. BP, parents, siblings, parents of children in the BP and readers.

we have about 40 people coming.... BP, mothers, fathers grandparents and a few OTG. you are supposed to invite them, bit sometimes it does get a a little out of control
