We also have to guarantee 200, but I expect our current list to grow. We're about 225 to invite now and haven't asked parents for final lists yet. I'm on the opposite end of most people - we're hoping for more :) the thought of paying for empty seats pains me.

Our invites are all people who will definitely show up (family, close friends) however if we get more no's than we expect, we have a backup of about 15 more people to invite.

I wish! I had to guarantee 225 for my room. I know we can fill it, but I wish we could have guaranteed less, then use the final number as bargaining power to have things thrown in as we expect to have a large crowd.
