how many people say no

I need your input.

Our hall minimum is 225. I really want to keep as close to that number as possible.

How many people typically decline invitations. Our A - List is approximately 285
B-List 20

Am I going to blow that number and our budget out of the water? or is it reasonable to think that 60 people will decline?

The genral rule is 20 % say no, so that puts you close to your guarantee. You might be okay unless the all say yes

it's supposed to be '20% will say no' but there are not gurantees.

There is no way of knowing....I would've avoided so much stress if there were

So far I'm at a 17.5% no ratio but that's without all the people who haven't responded yet. But when considering the whole amount we invited we're at a 12.9% ratio. (I love math lol)
