How many personalized napkins do i order?

So...I'm ordering personalized beverage napkins and matches. We're having about 160 people.....how many do I order? Also...what else are you ladies doing personalization on? Thank you.

These were my personalized cocktail napkins. I believe we ordered about 600 of them. We had some left over and we had 300 guests.

I ordered 400 cocktail napkins... I'll have them at the bar and passes around during CH... we're having about 200 guests... I probably dont' have enough, but I thought that was a decent amount.

The rule of thumb is usually 2 - 3 per guest, depending on if you plan to just use them at the cocktail hour or if you plan to use them throughout the night too.

Look at it this way Kim.... when you go to weddings, do you notice things like cocktail napkins? If there is something fancy on them, I usually do Someone is bound to notice the small details... and if theknot.com or weddingchannel.com is running a special (weddingchannel.com is!) then it's worth it to add the special touch... and quality is really good!

I ordered 200 cocktail napkins for 200 people. Not everyone is going to use them.

It all depends if you are going to use them during the cocktail hour as well. We had almost 200 guest and ordered 1600 cocktail napkins and 400 guest towel napkins for the bathroom. Almost all of them went. Also depends if you want them everywhere like at all the bars and with all the people serving everyone all night walking around, its just something to think about.

I ordered double the amount of people I had. So we expected 150 people and I ordered 300. I didn't have any left.
