I spoke to probably 10 I live in FL, so it was so difficult for me, b/c I couldn't see their albums. I was nervous. While visiting NY, I met with 3 total.

hoenstly, that was the hardest vendor to book. i met with like 10 and called about 20!

i ended up going with Right Angle Studios. They are a vendor on here. ask for george.

i actually only went to 1...Duet. I live in Brooklyn so it was hard to keep coming to long island to visit vendors. but im so happy i went with them. my e-pics came out sooo good!

For those who are doing photo and video - did you specifically look for a photog that also offers video? Or did you book separate vendors?

i booked both with duet. i get 2 photographers (one traditional, one photojournalism) and 1 videographer.

I live in brooklyn too and the traveling is hard for us. I was thinking of Duet as well, I would be interesting in a quote too, if you don't mind.

I got no problem with that. :)

2 photographers, 10 hours, 1 hour session of e-pics anywhere with all proofs with 1 20x20 enlargement, upgraded parent and our album to bigger size, 150 thank yous, 12 wallets, 10 5x7s, all proofs at least 800, 1 videographer, raw video and edited video.

i may be missing some stuff, but it was alot. all for $5000.

we met with about 5. We ultimately chose the ones we did b/c we loved their work, and they had a demeanor that was very pleasant. Remember...the photographer is with you ALL DAY LONG.....you want to feel comfortable with them.

Just one very highly recommended, but after looking at other vendors' albums of friends and not being as impressed, I went with them for photo and video...visionsfinephoto.com

I just really liked what I saw....
