I'm already registered at Fortunoffs and Bed Bath and Beyond, but Macy's seems to have a really nice selection also. Plus they have great deals for rewards and a few other good offers.
Is registering at 3 places too much? Is anyone registered at Macy's?

Re: How many places did you register?
I also registered at Fortunoff and Bed Bath and Beyond...I do find myself liking things elsewhere but I'm going to stick to the two. I guess it's a personal preference, although when I'm invited, I do like at least two choices!

Re: How many places did you register?
We registered at 3 places:
Bloomingdales, Fortunoff and Bed Bath & Beyond
For our e-party, most gifts came from the BBB registry and some from Bloomies ... very few from Fortunoffs so far ... But there's still the Bridal Shower ....

Just BBB...I think if you are going to have a lot of guests its ok to register at more than one place.

Re: How many places did you register?
So far Macys, Fortunoffs, and Crate and Barrel for small stuff.
We registered at Bed Bath and Beyond and Macy's. BBB has been great, Macy's was a big mistake. We live in Manhattan, and the Herald Square location is awful. The sales clerks are terrible, plus they never have any of our registry items in stock - everything is 'will ship in 6-8 weeks' or '10-12 weeks.' Who wants to buy someone a gift and have it arrive months later?!

Re: How many places did you register?
We registered at 3 places--- Fortunoff's, Pottery Barn & Bed Bath & Beyond. I originally was planning just for 2 places.. but then i found i needed some other stuff that was at BBB so that is why I opened up the 3rd registery. I think its better so guests have more choices.

I don't think three is too much. I would register at Macy's too.
