yup! How much is in that zip lock bag?

like 3/4 of a bag lol - and I put 3 sugars and reg milk in my tea

i put one cup of cheerios in a ziplock back and it takes up about 1/4 (or maybe a little less) of the bag ... so maybe 5 or 6 cups worth of frosted flakes?

ETA: i'm using one of those sandwich-size ziplock bags
