Hi brides! Does anyone know offhand how many people max. the Estate at East Wind holds comfortably? I don't want people jammed in like sardines, just wondering how many people a comfortably filled room would seat. If you got married at the Estate do you mind telling me how many people total you had? THANKS SO MUCH!!!

I don't the max but I know that they wanted a guarantee of 200 for a Friday and Saturday night (but they are flexible). Pics are in my albums of the room.

I think it an absolute max of 310, but a more comfortable seating arrangement would hold approx. 225-250 guests. The minimum for a weekend night is 200. Hope this helps!
