how many programs

how many programs

should I make? I will have 200 guests at the reception.

maybe 125 guests at the church...

so maybe 100 programs?

I'm totally guessing. Someone else might know for sure.

I'm expecting 125-150 guests at my reception. Guessing MAYBE 100 will come to the church, so having about 80 programs.

We are also trying to figure this out.

Since we are printing them ourselves, we figure it can't hurt to have too many. Better than not enough.

We should have about 140 people at the church and I think we're going to make 125.

well you can always have them handed out one per couple... so right there that cuts your number down to 100... and not everyone comes to the church... so maybe 80 or so??

We have approximately 400 people invited as of right now and we're making 200 programs. I figure we won't have 400 people responding yes and we won't have the entire portion of those who respond yes at the church.

i think it also depends on the day u get married. From what i hear Friday weddings get less ppl at the ceremony..esp if its a church and than a gap...if its at the hall u get a better turn out bc recep is immed. following.
the last fri wedding i went too...175 came and the ceremony she got maybe 50 if that

i have a huge family so i think id get a bigger turnout though for my Fri wedding!

I would say to go with about half and maybe a couple more to be on the safe side.

We made 100 and it was more than enough, we had some extra's.

ETA: We invited 300, 220 attended my reception and I'd say about 60-70 attended my ceremony at the church.
