We're trying to order paper for all our DIYs, and trying to decide how many programs to make....we're expecting about 200-220 guests, but probably not all will come to the church since it's at 3 and reception is at 7. But, we do have a lot of OOT guests who I'm sure will come to both....
So the question is: how many programs should we do for about 200 ppl?

I have 330 or so on the GL. I am assuming approx 220-250 will come to the wedding and i am sure not all will come to the church. I am going to make 100 programs. I rather have extras then fall short

I'd say do 100 programs....if 200 come...1 per couple???

Yeah I guess 100 would be safe....I wonder if we could get away with 75 hehe....maybe we'll see how the making of them goes

You can absolutely get away with 75 in my opinion!! From my past experience (and we just went to 7 weddings this fall) many people unfortunatly don't come to the church. I would say if you are expecting 200+ at the wedding- unless they are all super close family- you should expect around 100 or so tops at the church. Most couples only take 1 program too- esp. if they see they are running low.. Have fun! Can't wait to make ours too.l..

one per couple and NO MORE then that. People toss these things out or don't want to be bothered with them. I would take what you think is going to make it to the church and divide it by half. And do not get extras - if you run out its not a biggie but its sucky when you wasted money and you get a ton of left overs.

YES... they share and you may only know 1 person in the couple (or at least know 1 person well and the other is their date/guest). Seems odd, I know, but also trust me not everyone goes to the church either....
