So I'll be making my own programs and I'm trying to figure out how many I would need because I would like to order all the paper now while it's on sale. We are inviting 140 people. Probably about 125 will come to the reception. But here's where it gets tricky. We are getting married at the church at 2:30pm and the reception isn't until 6:30pm so I know some people skip the church and just come to the reception.
How many programs do you think I should make?

Re: how many programs?
I had a 3pm wedding on a Friday with a 7pm CH. I made about 100 programs and had about 25 left over. We had about 200 people coming to our wedding though.

Re: how many programs?
Do they cost a lot? I'd get 130 if you have 125 guests, but I like to have more/extra than not enough. Unless its really expensive and you know some won't go to the ceremony, then maybe 100?
I think I'm diy'ing mine so i'm going to make extra. I like keeping them for a scrapbook for myself too.

We had 203 guests; made 200 and ended up with about 15-20 left over We figured we would rather have too many than not enough

Re: how many programs?
Our ceremony is at our rh, so I'm assuming that almost all invited guests will be there for both the ceremony and reception. I'm doing one per person.
