How many programs do I even need?????

We are having a 3 pm ceremony on a Friday. Do you think 100 are too many? TIA

How many people are coming to your reception? What is the time & distance between the locations of your ceremony and reception?

My church and reception are 5 miles and there will only be 30 minutes between, so I am planning to have a program for everyone who RSVPs yes, just in case they ALL come to the church. Better too many than not enough.

We invited 318 people. So far 257 are coming. There is a 1 hour drive from our ceremony to our reception and it starts at 7pm.

We are not expected many people

Good point about not everyone taking one! That is why we need the brides who have gone before to help us out!

100 might do it. If you are concerned, better to have extra than not enough. I'd make 125 to be safe. I think in another post you said you had 200 sheets of paper, right?

I had 120 people invited and made 50 programs for the church - I had leftovers.

The BP didn't have time to pick one up - they were too busy!
