How many programs do I need?

I invited 224 people.

I am expecting somewhere around 180 to RSVP Yes. I will know closer to my RSVP date the real number..I am getting married in a church so I feel like less people might come becuase its not immediately before the reception..

any idea around how many programs I should make?

TIA

We're having 175 guests at the reception, so I made 100 programs. And if we run out.... TOO BAD! hahaha

We got married at the RH so all our guests were there. We had 150 guests. I wanted to do 100 programs. DH and my dad INSISTED on one per guest, so 150. We have 50 left over. I don't know if this helps!

We anticipate around 155 guests and I ordered 100 programs.
With 180 guests, maybe 125 would be ok for you?

yeah i was wondering the same question how many to make.. i have 250 invited, but my ceremony is on a Friday afternoon and i know that some are not able to go come to the church..

so i was only going to print 75...do you think i should just do 100 to play it safe..

I will probably make between 65 and 75. Our invite list is at 167, but nearly 80 of those are OOT. We're shooting for 125 guests, but we have lots of family units so I think in our case we can get away with fewer programs.

I think we made 180 for 160 guests. I had the RH put one on each chair prior to the ceremony instead of handing them out, so I only had 20 extra since everybody took one.

Having the programs on the chairs made for some pretty pro pictures of the program, too. . .just a thought.
