Hi ladies! I am expecting around 200 guests at my wedding. The ceremony starts at 5:15pm at the Bourne Mansion and goes immediately into the cocktail hour afterward so I'm assuming most of our guests will be at the ceremony.
How many programs would be sufficient??

thats a lot. When you think about it, many people come as a couple. Do they really need one program for each of them?? IMO its a waste of paper. We made 75 programs, estimated 100 people at the ceremony and had like 25 LEFTOVER programs in the end. So, in the end we wasted some paper.

i did 100. so thats approx 1 per couple/family with a few extra.

im wondering that too. i invited 300 people (170 couples or singles). i was going to make like 200, but now i dont know.

I made 85 and we had 135 people there. I just told the GM one per couple.
