turkey & swiss on a scooped out bagel (from a deli) would be? keep in mind how a deli lays on alot of meat...

I know 2 oz of turkey is 2 points and the bagel I THINK is 6 points

A quick guestimate would be 4 or 5 points for the bagel (they are bigger than the average size bagel, even scooped), 2-3 points for the turkey, and 2 points per slice of the cheese. You're looking at a sandwich that could easily be 10 points.

when your guesstimating try and go for the higher end of points. You never know and its better to be over what you thought then under
