Im haveing about 75-125 people and to me that seems like alot with all the planning.--invites., programs., favors., food...etc.. Come on brides, make me feel good and tell me your planning for 200+.....

Right now it looks like we are inviting 130... which really means 110-115 will probably show at most. That's ok, my minimum is 100 so as long as we hit that I don't really care I'd prefer only 100 guests but there are just some people you have to send an invite to.

Our list right now is at 172 but we definately have more people to add. That is our rough list.
we need to guarantee 150 so we need to invite at least 190.

My list has about 275 on it...and I'm not sure it's final. But I am hoping and praying we can cut people...and some RSVP no..so we only have 200-225!

well our min is 125 so we have to invite at least 160 (going by the rule of thumb of 20% declining).. i know we will make at least 100 with our immediate family members and then a few of our friends a little more than that, so i am encouraging him to let his mother/father invite wheover else they want to that we make sure we make our minimum!

at first our list was around 250, but we def cannot afford that many people so we cut the list drastically to around 180

I thought at Fox Hollow you could have a party of 75+??? i didnt know Fox Hollow had a minimum guarantee... I live in Atlanta so i have yet to get a chance to get back home to visit reception halls... i'll get that minimum info when i get there...

different rooms will have different minimums. it also depends on day of the week.

you should probably invit 155-160 to make sure you will have enough.

we wanted only 120 but we just made a mock guest list and it turned out to be 192 people! so i dunno...hopefully that 20-30% decline rate is true!
