How many room blocks did your wedding wind up booking?
I am trying to figure out if I should call to add more onto my room block! I have about 6 rooms booked already and only blocked 20. Invites went out this weekend, so the 6 who booked were immediate fam!!

I think this depends on how many OOT guests you are having. Try to count how many people may need a room and figure out if you need more from there.

if you have any def people that you know will be using it count them in and add 5-10. the hotel will usually call and let you knwo if the rooms are booking up fast and ask you if you want to block out more.

we had a total of 19 rooms booked under our block.

it REALLY depends on your crowd. We invited a lot of OOT people but most are not coming. We blocked just 10 (since we are financially responsible for 60%), and then when it got close to 10, we extended it to 15. We ended up with just 10 rooms booked.

We only had 3 booked! Despite a ton of OOT guests. They opted for free accomodations at friends and family's houses.

i had 15 rooms in the block ... i think only about 7 ended up being used

We have 24 rooms blocked already (I put the info. on the STD). Lots of alchoholics.

We have 32 booked....and 15 more available in the block....lots of OOT and partiers who want to take advantage of the shuttle!!! Actually more than half of that is LI fam/friends who want to make a full weekend party out of this!
