I made one for everyone..but I only had 90 people...if you have a large sized list, make one for each couple maybe!

I have 200 guests, so I'll probably make around 100-120 cones.

Give one per couple, give single people one each! and children one each

I din't do rose cones, I did bubbles, but to distribute them I had two guests holding them in baskets at the end of our receiving line. People who wanted them took them. About 1/2 the people who attended the ceremony used the bubbles.
