How many rose petal cones do you make

i am inviting a little more than 150 guests - we are only expecting like 125 to come tothe reception - how many people usually come to the church?

should i make 50? 75?

any ideas?

I would make about 75 cones... the more the better - but you don't want anything (including your time spent making them) go to waste
