How many should I order...

How many boxes of matches, personalized guest towels, napkins and coasters should be ordered based on about 225 people? Thanks!

If you can wait until you have a better number of guests attending, I would wait until the RSVP date (or close to it). If you can't wait, then I would order 175. If you have extras, you can always give it to the people who cannot make it to the wedding, but send you a wedding gift (next time you see them).

are the napkins and coasters goin to be used for CH??? bec if so, i would maybe order more than your guest count....bec they will be handed out with passed hors dourves, at the bar, at the stations etc....

not sure about the towels.....what will these be used for??

Yes, the coasters and napkins will be used in the cocktail hour. The Guest Towels are for the mens' and ladies' rooms..... Thanks!!

Oh, I thought they were being used as favors. I ordered coasters and hardly any of them were used. Not many people went to the bar during cocktail hour, I guess.
Otherwise, instead of having them at the bar, put them on the tables in the cocktail hour room. This way, if people don't get a drink (or a drink such as champagne is brought to them), they will know to take it. The napkins, maybe I would order more of. If 175 attend, then maybe 225-250 napkins. The men will probably use the same napkin, lol...but the women will probably grab a clean one.
