How many stations do you get at your cocktail hour?

Are you guys talking about stations or different items? Like you can pick the 'Italian Hot Antipasto Station' and it may come with three choices, so if you have say the 'Mussels,' the 'Calamari' and the 'Eggplant Rollitini' are you counting that as three or still one? Because in my mind that still counts as one 'station.'

I was counting each 'catagory' as 1 ... so if my meat carving station has like 10 kinds of meat.. that was 1

We had 8 passed hors devours , a wild mushroom station and a bistro station.

ETA: We only had 70ppl. at our wedding.

Carving Board -Vermont Turkey with cranberries and giblet gravy

Assorted Canapes Station (Bruschetta, bellini etc..)

San Gennaro station- Itialian Specailties

Cold Display

Vegtable Crudite station

Cheese station

Freash Fruit station

8 Hot stations :

Melenzane Ripiene ( eggplant)

Calamari Fritti

Pollo Francese (chicken)

Lasagna di Verdure

St Louis Ribs

Hawaiian Chicken

Salsiccie con Peperoncini ( sausage and peppers)

I'm not sure what you count as a station so I'll just list what we're having at CH:

10 butler passed hors d'hoevres

pasta station - two pastas and three sauces

cheese display

fruit display

vegetable display

sushi display

satay station - two choices

carving station - two choices
