On average, we probably do one or two big vacations (more than long weekends) and one long weekend to DH's family country house.

I guess this will change when I get a job and start out with little vacation time

This year was good because I was in Vegas for a conference so Gregggg met me there after and we turned that into a vacation. Usually one vacation that involves flying, and maybe 1 other longer driving trip. We booked our anniversary trip to Florida for November.

I haven't had a week off from work in over a YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hadn't had a vacation (away from home for hore than a night) in 10 years because I took care of my Dad who had a stroke. I also had no one to travel with before I met DH. Since we met over two years ago I've been to upstate B&B, Boston trip (his business trip), San Francisco (his business trip), Italy (Engaged), England (honeymoon), San Diego (family reunion). I'm making up for lost time.

Probably not much anymore as we are hoping to start a family.

We used to take 1-2 big vacations, but I don't think we will be going anywhere for a while since any extra $$ will have to go into the house. But that's ok, I just stay away from the travel channel!

We usually do about 2-3 a year but that is going to start to change. I think this Winter will be the last of the vacations until the HM.

Dh gets 5 vacations a year. Since we bought our condo in Naples florida we have use every vacation to go there. My job is very flexible with taking vactions-so it all works out..

2004, we went to Boston to visit a friend for the weekend ( at-Mon) & then on our HM for a weekend.

This year we went to Nova Scotia for a week & plan to go away for the weekend of our anniversary ( although we haven't decided where! )
We wanted to go to Boston again to vist our friend & soem relatives , but I haven't had time.

Jean doesn't get a lot of vacation time. I get 4 weeks, but never have time to use it.

Hopefully, we'll be able to take one big vacation (at least a week) every year with some short driving trips here and there. We're done for this year since we just got back from our honeymoon to Hawaii.

Before getting engaged, 3 or 4 times a year. Now - it'll be one or two if we're lucky.

FI and I have been together for 4 years - and we've never done a relaxing vacation. We've done Florida a few times, but that was to help rebuild his parents' house after numerous hurricanes....I'd hardly call it vacation!

Honeymoon can't get here fast enough!

We have been averaging 2 big vacations (a week or more) and a few shorter weekend trips. We would love to go on a LOT of week long vacations but the $$$ gets in the way!
