How many vendors did you/are you planning on feeding?
I am trying to figure out headcount and wonder how many vendors I am feeding.
I am figuring on 5 - 2 DJs; 1 Videographer; 2 photographers.
Am I missing anyone?

This may sound silly but how do you know which ones are going to eat-do you ask them ahead of time? I know at FH's sisters wedding not all the vendors ate and I don't want to get charged if they aren't eating but I feel funny asking if they will eat.

I fed all my vendors (5 people - photographer, videographer, assistant, DJ & MC)

Mine will be with me for a long time...plus the reception is long (6 hours) so they're all eating.
5 vendors total...no assistants, but they may have some so I have to ask.

I guess you ask them in advance. I would feed all of them - Day of Coordinator, DJ, Video, 2 photographers, assistant (?).

I haven't thought about that yet, but would probably feed them all. I couldn't just feed the DJ and not the photographer. It's all or none.

I would definitely ask- one dj we met with said he absolutely does not want or expect to be fed, and another said that he does...otherwise we are planning to feed photographer, assistant, and videographer.

Vendors can be included if you do not hit your minimum - but then they will cost you full price for a meal instead of the 'vendor price' which can range from $30, 1/2 price or 1/3 price.

Honestly, I think you should just plan on paying for all of them. How will they know 1 month before if they will be hungry? I wouldn't want any hungry vendors, they won't perform their best.
