Is there a rule of thumb of how many wedding programs we should have a available at the church and how many bubbles to buy? Our reception is about 180 people but there is a huge gap b/t the church and cocktail so I know that a lot of people will miss the church.

i think if you went with 100 that would be safe. Even if more than 100 ppl come - not everyone takes a program (they share) and not everyone will take bubbles.

We are inviting 250 guests to the wedding but for the ceremony I only plan to make 100-125 programs.
We only got bubbles for the kids.

I did 75 my wedding was a fri afternoon...we had no left overs...

We had 200 guests at our wedding plus a few kids and we did 100.
