this is just my personal opinion, and I know that others disagree but this is what i say...
Tipping is an optional thing. Some companies charge you a tip fee which is what you give. You do not have to tip on top of that.
As far as the other vendors go, don't tip anyone more than what you can afford or are comfortable with.
I cannot see tipping anyone $900 for anything, let alone 5 hours. I understand that they do a lot but they are also getting paid to do it.

Tipping should never be required. My FH works in the party entertainment industry, and sometimes he gets tipped $60 for an hours worth of work, other times he doesnt get tipped at all. He never goes to a party expecting a tip because he is being paid to be there and the client is already paying hundreds if not thousands of dollars for the service he is providing.

Limos are almost always 15% b/c it is included as a service charge when you book your limos. There's not much you can do about that.

I cannot see tipping any one person more than $50-100 cash. (Maitre D excluded and based totally on performance) That's just me and based on my experience in the service/entertainment industry.

The only other person I would tip higher is the bartenders.

of course, it depends on what you are comfortable with and also if you are satisfied with the vendors performance. I also like to tip a bit more if they do a good job just to show how thankful i am for all their hard work but again this is me. My mom mostly lived off of tips so bc of that she always tipped more and guess i got used to it too...All the tips suggestions given are just a suggested tip of what is recommended but not required at all and if someone is not comfortable with it then they definitely should not do it.
