ours is $200 per person including tax and gratuidy.

wow, we have friends that went with sand castle becaue they said our venue was more than they wanted to spend, but we aren't near 200$

yeah---i'm so surprised by that amount! friends got married at sandcastle in october---and i know they went with it because they got a great deal and are big bargain hunters like DH and i---are you getting lots of extras?? VH? surf & turf? I just never heard of someone paying so much for SC.

I know someone that got married at SC in 2006 and it was something like $180pp

did they get any extras at all? what time of year was it?

i mean obviously its possible ppl pay that much--but as i'm sure myself and a few others were surprised about it--just never realized they can charge so much since i know people who spent so much less.

too much - $140 a head plus 1500 to rent out the whole country club for the night - and that is with no extras.

To the JT girls - I have been to and in weddings there - they throw a great party. They aren't the cheapest but great food for a reasonable price for what you get!

of all the reception halls we saw in that price range, we picked JT for the food and the newest freshest decor.

I am very excited for all of my family coming from Kansas. They have no idea what they are in for!

FH & I fell in love with JT's.

We think we got a good deal. We aren't doing the Viensse hour because our reception is from 6-11pm and I thought a full Vinesse would go to waste at that late an hour, but we did get the vienesse course.

I'm the last weekend in Dec. and w/out tax and gratuitty they gave me $82pp, so that's a little over $100 w/ tax. I probably should've talked them down some more but it seemed like we are getting a lot and I heard soo many great things about them and I just love the place

That is an AWESOME deal!!

We are also doing the viennesse course. After a 5 course meal who has room for all that sweet stuff?

we have the delux wedding menu and we added lamb chops but not the surf and turf. There is a fish and a shrimp entree and that was fine with us. We may add some raw stuff at the CH, but only if the price can become more reasonable. As it is, book price is 20$ pp to add general seafood to the CH alone.

I am almost embarrased to post what we're paying for Westbury Manor. You will all think I am soooo cheap.

We got $73 after tax and tip for Sunday in January.

We haven't added any extras, but we may do the Mashed Potato Bar and Chocolate Fountains...I doubt we will do the Viennesse because its late and we are having the cordial bar. I also got chair covers, an ice sculpture, a wine station duing CH and an extra station thrown in.

If you add tax and grat onto $115, you're looking a lot closer to $150 than $135! (just letting you know!)
