We are having ours (I think) at Bella Napoli in Farmingdale. You get soup, salad, choice if 3 entrees, cake, coffee, beer, wine and soda I think for $24.50... Bread too

passed h'orderves in the beginning.
open private bar with top shelf for all 3 hours. (bar located in the private room with our own bartender)
Buffet (so was the wedding. DH and I love buffet) including 6 different hot dishes, one carving (beef) station and salad.
coffee and dessert (and I brought in DH's groom cake too, which they served up for us too)
$42pp
and since we had about 13 kids, they got the option to eat from the buffet, or order from the kid's menu.

we are doing ours at Desmonds of East wind and are paying 16.95 PP with umlimites beer, wine and soda...not bad!!

ours was either $25 or $30 p/p... 3 course meal, we ran a bar tab rather than paying extra p/p, and we got a couple of Platters (assorted cheese and crackers, fruit).. those were $50 each. we had it at Papa Razzi in Westbury

I think its 39.95 unlimited beer/wine/soda, sit down dinner with choice of 3 entrees, pasta, and salad.
