How much are you setting aside for tips?

How much are you setting aside for tips?

I'm a little nervous about this since it has be cash.
I know there's a tip thread somewhere. But as a percentage of the whole, or a dollar amount, what should I be aiming to save in cash for tips?

we set aside $1500 in the budget just to be on the safe side - not sure it's going to be that much but hey it might be
