I was thinking about getting my girls something from Tiffany's, but my mom thinks that's spending too much. I have no idea how much I'm supposed to spend. What are you girls spending on your gifts? TIA.

About $85 on each of them except the MOH (my sister). On top of the $85 I'm also paying for her hair and makeup.

I don't have much to spend but I don't think I'll go over $75 for each girl. I already purchased their Vera Bradley totes for about $30 a piece. I think I will get them the matching beach towels and a compact mirror and something special for my MOH. I wish I had enough to spend more on them!

probably around 100 to 150.00 on each. Depends on what i fall in love with! I know i want either wristlets or actual bags & i want to put a gift certificate to a place i know each love in them.

I am spending about $100 in gifts and also paying for their hair & make-up. As for the gifts, I got them their DOJ (pearl sets) and personalized t-shirts to wear while we are getting ready.

I'm thinking about $75...I'm getting them a spa bathrobe with their initial monogrammed on it, pedi/mani the day before, my business associates are helping out and doing makeup the day of for everyone (I'm paying for that too) and a pair of pretty drop earrings. I got a really good deal on the spa robe!!

Probably $75-$100. Depends on what I like! My plan is to start buying things now - little by little this way it's not one big bill at the end...does that make sense??

It depends on how many people are going to be in your party. I'm having my MOH, 2 BM, 1 FG and 1 RB so i'm going to be able to spend more on them. The kids will get small gifts but my 3 girls will be about $200-$300.

Oh wow - you're all spending so much. I wish I could do that. I have 2 MOH's and 6 BMs, so if I spent $100 on everyone, it'd be an $800 bill. Doesn't anyone think that is a bit much considering I'm doing almost all planning alone? Just curious.

I really love necklaces from Tiffany's that I saw that would look cute with their dresses so I might get those.. they are $100 each... I only have 3 BM and a flower girl (getting her earrings & something else).

It is a lot, but my bms are all buying their dress and throwing me a shower (in MD moms do not throw the shower, its a big no no). I have a huge family, so I'll just have the bms throw a friend shower, and an aunt will throw a family shower. Anyway, I'll probably spend about 100-150, more on matron of honor, maid of honor, and 1 bridesmaid who is also acting as a planner (since I'm living up here, but planning a wedding down there). Also, I'll give a hostess gift to who actually hosts the shower. HTH

we dont really have that much to spend .. I spent about 40-45 on coach wristlets from the outlets for the BMs gifts .. we didnt get the guys gifts yet

Well, I got my girls swavorski necklaces... at an employee discount of 30 each... I have 5 adults, so that wasn't that bad. Then I made peronsal totes to keep everything in for them... and threw in their fave lotion from bath and body works... then personal tissues...little tings over time...before I really even starting getting wedding planning! HAHA. I loove getting things for people! LOL Over-all I spent about 70-75 on BMs and about 110 on the 2 MOHs...and about 50 for the 5 kids.... WHEW!
Next the GMs....LOL

I'm buying them all their dresses as their gift, so about $250 each. It's a lot, but I felt bad asking them to buy their own dresses when they were over $200, so I figured it would be nice to buy them the dresses as their gift. I'll probably buy them each a necklace as well, but I'll order them through my store so I pay wholesale for them, probably around $15 each.

i bought them a personalized tote bag and plan to put a bunch of goodies in it. i am on a VERy tight budget so i need to be careful. but i agree about getting things now instead of a big bill at the end. i think i'll end up spending about $70pp

There is no amount youre SUPPOSED to spend. Just do whatever is in your budget and that you want to do. If getting them something from Tiffany's is in your budget and its what you want to do then go for it, if not then dont worry you dont have to spend that much. Its up to you, nobody should tell you how much you have to spend on your bm's
