$10 to $15 a favor - but that includes all the wrapping, ribbon and the almonds and stuff.
yeah that def adds up and i learned this the hard way...Last weekend i had to buy favor boxes, ribbons and getting personalized seals, so its good that you included all that into your calculations

come to my wedding, everyone will be getting a brand new car or something if she gets her way

Anywhere between $5-10. I saw a few things I had liked. So not sure yet.
I'm hoping to be somewhere in this range also.

Re: How much are you spending on favors?
WOW my mother thought it was nuts to spend more then $5 per favor.
So now i am getting my pint glasses down to around $3.25 per glass for two color printing, but i do not know how much it will be for the boxes for the glasses (giving everyone one glass) and for the candy or seed packets (clover) to decorate the glasses.

Re: How much are you spending on favors?
i am not spending to much i am doing only one per couple (which i was told to do???) ... i am doing dontation to two charietes American Cancer Society and St. Judes ... so each couple will recieve one thing from The American Cancer Society and one thing from St Judes ... i am also making cds myself ... and on that note best buy was having a sale 50 cds for $6.00 so i ended up buying 200 cds thinking one per person till i found out one favor per couple so i am thinking since i have the double amount i need we will make 2 cds ... one kind fo like a dedication from me to FH and one a dedication from FH to me ... all and all i am not spending that much at all on favors!!!
ETA: Oh i forgot i am also doing chocolate bride and groom lollipops and butterflies ... WOW i didnt realize how much i have to do ... cause all my favors are DIY projects!!!!

Re: How much are you spending on favors?
we are doing a few favors....we are making 4oz. jars of blueberry jam, that will have ribbon around it and labels for the table cards....(this will come out to about $200 dollars (give or take a little) for all the supplies including the berries b/c where we pick them are $1.00 per pound which is SO much less expensive than buying them in the store).
Then we are doing a candy table....which i have no clue how much it will be....i budgeted $300 on candy for it, it could be more or less....plus the glass containers we are going to buy are like $ 10-20 each (i didnt include this in our budget though, we will just buy a container every once in a while, so it wont feel like a lot, and we will reuse them anyway for other things in the future)
Bags for the candy table... (dont know how much it will be, but relatively inexpensive....we will have about 250 small candy bags) - 1 per guest. maybe $50 total on bags....i hafta research this more)
We will also give out a regular favor (1 per couple) maybe a spreader (knife) for the blueberry jam that says spread the love....i think they are 1.50 each so that would come out to....$187.50 plus tax for 125 couples.
soooo....these favors all add up to about....$737.50 (give or take....) this is not too bad. We might add a few other things too...like tic tacs which will add more $$. or something to spread the jam on like sugar cookies or heart shaped graham crackers....
wow, this really got me thinking...

yes absolutely - that is how i trick her into paying for stuff! i just tell her i am getting the cheapest thing possible and she is like I WILL TAKE CARE OF IT! so far it worked for the dress, favor, invites and flowers. . . .i should have told her we were planning to drive ourselves and i could have gotten the limos!

Re: How much are you spending on favors?
For the wedding I will probably spend between $300-$400 total. For the e-partyI am doing Ny Lottery Scratchoffs and propbaly M&M tins.
I LOVE THOSE!!! You think i can sorta do a DIY like that.
Definately! I think the price is pretty good though but you should be able to DIY. You can attach the monogram or label to the ribbon instead of making stickers.

If I get what I've looked at they are $10 each but I don't know if I'll do them per person or per couple.

I've seen pint glasses in a magazine with a little circle card on the bottom with a message (or can be a coaster) and a ribbon tied around them. I believe this was in a Martha S. Mag...just thought I'd put that out there as an idea.

Yes!!!! I bought my eparty favors for 1.50, but then bought wrapping paper (I didn't like the box), and ribbon. So it was like 10 bucks more, but you forget to add this stuff in !!!
