how much are you tipping?

what should i tip the photographer, assistant, videographer, DJ and MC, bridal attendant? the MC will also be singing during the dinner.

the maitre d is 3-5 per person
the limo drivers tip is included in the contract
dellivery people $20 per person
hair m/u 20%
church taken care of
do i have to tip my wedding planner if i won her for free. jk lol

we tipped the photog, assistant, and video-$300
DJ/MC-$150
Bridal attendants-$100 each

Question---If the limo driver's tip is included in the contract, are we expected to tip additionally?? Mine's included, I just want to be sure what the etiquette is

i dont think so. but like my mom and i said, we cant imagine not tipping him. however, its a family friend, so we will not.
