HOw much are your bridesmaid dresses costing??

Just wondering how much your bridesmaids dresses are costing. Mine is $240 from Laundry (By Shelli Segal ) I would like to average prices out to see if Im having my girls spend 'the norm'.

The dress I chose for my girls was $420 from BCBG, but I had them buy the dresses during a promotion in which you get $100 for every $300 (or maybe it was $200) you spend, so it ended up costing them $350 or so, and then one of my girls got hers for $220 because they screwed up when they rang it up - how's that for luck??!

The dress that im wearing in my friends wedding cost $230 from Jim Hjelm.. The dresses that Ive been looking at are in the 150-200 range..

I'm in my best friend's wedding this summer, and her BP dresses were the exact cost (and luckily, I don't need alterations done!)

I'm looking for dresses that are under $150. I know things add up quick, and I don't want to burden anyone financially!

My BMs got it easy! My mom and I are making their dresses, they just have to pay for the fabric. I told them they better throw me a kick@ss shower and Bacholarette party!

The gowns are $155 - the wrap, if they want it, is $60.

I haven't really started looking, but that is the price range I think I want. I was just in a wedding and the dress cost 160 with alterations 210...because things can add up..hair, shoes, makeup. I definately don't want to burden anyone financially either.

I am debating on how much my bridesmaid dresses will be... there is a dress that I love for them, but it's $250, I think that is a bit much to spend on a dress prior to alterations. I am going to see if it could be recreated from a person who actually made my MOH wedding dress when she got married. Hopefully, it will save my girl's some money...

i haven't gotten my gown...but once i start looking for the girls' dresses.... i want to stay under 150 if at ALL possible. i will do anything from order from the internet or kiss a toad to make it happen.

i have been a bridesmaid 4 times now. I have paid over $200 when all is said and done for 3. After the alterations with my next wedding, i'll probably be around 150-160.

bridesmaids have SO much to pay for and you don't realize as you go step by step. maybe it's just that i have 2 weddings in 6 days this month...but i just want to make sure i am not burdening them as much. then, they could be more generous (if they want! ) for me later on. i'd like to do more but now i can't.

remember, between hair and shoes, etc. it's a lot!

I haven't even begin to look but I will not have them spend more then $250 on a dress I think that is sufice amount and anything over that I think is not worth it cuz most of the time you only wear the dress once and thats it. I ah ve been in quite a few wedding parties and the most I spent was $250 so I think thats a good price plus you can get a lot of nice dresses for cheaper then that
