how much below your minimum...?

were you/are you going to be?

I'm just curious if i should be freaking out about how much below we're probably going to be.

we decided not to worry too too much about it. i don't think we will be that much below our minimum, if at all, but i look at it this way.

in order to get the room i wanted at the time i wanted i had to gurantee X amount of people. if they are there or not i am having my wedding exactly where i wanted it.

I'm aiming to come in around 10 under to allow for some surprise guests.... I also agree with fallininlove04 -- I really don't care too much how much under I come in because I'm already contractually obligated to pay that amount of money... it really makes no difference to me as long as I get the ballroom I wanted.

I just refuse to go OVER. My minimum was high enough to me (180) so I definitely don't want to go over.

i'm just afraid the room will look empty if we have appx 120 people. Its just 2 tables less than if we made our minimum, so i guess its not that bad.

I'm just afraid we're going to be 30 people below... and thats a lot!! can't say for sure yet since people refuse to RSVP in a timely manner!!
