How much can I expect to pay (simple alteration & cleaning/pressing)
I GOT MY DRESS....
And it fit perfectly, but will need
---cups sewn in (if I don't wear a bra)
--a simply bustle
--Cleaned and Pressed.
I was quoted for $100, but that is in NJ.
if that good, or can I do better in NY?

I don't think it's bad. Especially if it's being cleaned. Most dresses are just steamed.

sounds great for the cleaning and steaming in that price!!!!
i paid $150 for the bodice to be taken in, the bustle to be done and the steaming...my bodice has tons of beading...

My alterations have a cap of $65. Not sure how much they are going to charge me for cleaning/pressing. I don't think $100 sounds bad for NY or NJ.
