How much did you gain over the Holiday Season??????

I weighed in for the first time today and gained 5 lbs
I feel it all over and i am pissed Please help all

Thanks to Curves, I maintained - which means I did not gain, but I didn't *lose* either. However, since the day after New Year's, I have LOST about 3 lbs, so I'm back on track and headed in the right direction.

It helps alot to be busier and not around SO MUCH food and sweets!
