How much did you spend on bridesmaid gifts....

if you were paying for about 2/3 of your own wedding?? I don't know how much is too much or too little!! Help please!!

I plan on spending about $100 per bridesmaid and $125-$150 for my matron of honor.

I am not too sure what the normal spending amount is. Sorry.

ETA: i didn't realize until now that you are paying for 2/3 of your wedding, honestly, I am not sure if I would spend as much. Maybe $50 - $75 per bm.

we're 100% paying for our own wedding!
i dont want to spend so much$$ and at the same time not being too cheap.

i think i'm spending about $20-$30 on the BM and the MOH $40-50.....

getting them bags filled with goodies

I spent about 130 on each girl, but I started buying their gifts like a year in advance and took advantage of sales so it didn't feel like a big hit in the wallet

i spent about 150 on each of my bridesmaids and we are paying for our wedding. we bought the weddingl party gifts a year ago though to space out the expense.

we're spending $100.00 per bridesmaid and $150.00 for the Matrons of Honor. All but 4 bridesmaids are paying airfare to get here, so we thought it would be nice to do this.

But go with what you are comfortable with. They will love whatever you give them.....no matter what it is!

So far $40 each (on a neckalce) but I will probably also pay for their hair to get done. I am paying for 1/4 of my wedding.

dont feel that way, everyones financial situation is different, its about the thought...get them a lil something they'll love and remember u buy....u dont have to break the bank! the fact that u asked them to even be ur bridesmaid should signify the closeness.....

We're having a mini-destination wedding, and are paying for one night at the inn for our bridesmaids ($200 each - ugh!), plus, I think it would be weird to not have a gift for them to open, so probably $25 or $30 for a necklace or cute little clutch purse or something.

We are paying for our wedding (100%) and I don't really have a limit on what i am spending for our gifts but I started a couple of months ago and I think it is easier to spread it over time them one big lump sum!

Thank you girls!! I went out this morning and hit up the black friday sales. I bought them the 1/4 carat diamond circle pendant. I hope they like them!! I got an awesome deal!!!
