How much did you spend on your wedding band?

Just curious, FH was a little shocked at the price but I tried to divide it into cost per year married

ETA: Ring, not musicians

under $500. Its not how much you spend on it - its what it means to me. I LOVE my ring because of what it means. Its beautiful too!

Of course I'm not equating $$ with love. I'm just asking to make a point to FH that I'm not being extravagant. If I found one for $50 I loved, I would have gotten it.

I used that to reason mine, and when he was deciding on 18K gold or platinum for his simple band. 18K gold was only $200 and the platinum $650. I told him I'd expect to be married for a good 60 years so that's only $6.50 a year!

Smart girl! This is what the sales associates at my job do sometimes in order to get those 'big' sales...they take out a calculator and divide the cost of the piece by the number of years married (usually for anniversary presents) the guys ALWAYS go for it because the closing is 'isn't she worth it?'

about $900 for white gold with diamonds all around the band.

oh geez..i can't read!

i was like, wow! people are spending $500 for a band. i got ripped off....haha....

so eliminate one $4000+ vote because i'm a dummy. haven't shopped for rings yet so i don't know.

total combined for both of ours was 3500....it matches my ring ..its the same exact band but with out the diamond..it has diamonds all the way around and platinum and his is all platinum....we also had to pay 200 extra each to get it fitted my fiance wears a 14 ...ahhh..it was so expensive but def worth it... i can't ait to wear it! i look at it everyday

theya re white gold with aquamarines in a wave pattern like the ocean - totally the right rings for us

i think mine was around $600- $700. his was around $500.

We just starting shopping. FH found a ring he likes for about $500. I haven't found anything I like yet.

My band is very simple though...its just a Channel of rounds....it matched the sides of my engagement ring

we got a pretty good deal on my w-ring... it's still a lot of money, but IMO, it's a lifetime ring and worth every penny!

it's a good feeling when I saw the exact same ring I am getting for more than DOUBLE what we're paying!

ETA: here is a pic similar to what it will look like (I'm picking it up next weekend! )
