Cause I am broke......have second hair trial today....trial is $75....she owns the business and works out of her home...I already have a contract with her to do everyones hair and makeup day of....how much do I need to tip her on top of the $75.

I'm going to go against everyone else and say you don't actually need to tip her (especially if you are low on cash). My hair person owns the business and I paid $75 for a trial---she banks all of that.
I did tip my hair person on the day of but did not tip at my trial--$75 is enough IMO especially if she's doing it out of her house.

ITA- I just went for my hair trial and she charged $75 out of her house and I didnt tip her. I will tip her the day of though

I was kinda hoping someone would say that....for my first trial..I did hair and makeup and tipped her 20% on top of that plus bought like $100 worth of products from her...I also plan on generously tipping her day of...so I was wondering if it would be ok not to today...she already has my business.

I didn't tip for trials. Sorry, already paying out the azz. Plus didn't book with everyone I had a trial with. I will tip for the day of, but small. Already going to be paying $300 for hair/makeup
