My Reception is a Saturday night in September and the gurantee is 150 people, we are probably having about 180. After tax and gratuity we will be paying $126pp

depends on what youre gtting with that price....im at around 100 pp and my minimum is 100 people, max of 150 people

i think it all depends on where you are having it. I dont think its CHEAP per-say, i think it all depends on if you love the place. There are some places that are MUCH more expensive, and some that are MUCH less expensive. If you can afford it, and you love it, then its just right for the two of you

we're trying to keep in around $30,000 - 35,0000 but were also having around 220 people.

but IMO $140 pp that your paying is not cheap at all, and besides is your getting alot for your money i wouldnt even worry about it, your guests will think you spent way more
