How much do you expect to pay for...

Invitations, RSVP cards, direction cards, menus, program cover, thank you notes - all together? What have you allotted in your budget?

I'm just curious...thanks ladies!

We allotted $700, but we actually got our thank you cards thrown in with our photo package - so I hope to spend a little less!!!

im getting everything from wedding world so i am getting great deals their prices are great!
we are also having only about 150 people at the wedding inviting about 180 if that many!

$175 w/ postage (it cost $.97 to mail each)

Our Venue provides menus & place cards I'll do the calligraphy myself and I'm adding crystals to them so I gues $25 for crystals

Programs, I'm still looking in to. I want to have the traditional Jewish ones, with the Hebrew on one half and english on the other. The Hebrew reading left to right and the english right to left etc

We are making our own program's and menu's.... So I will just need to buy the paper for that and some other little things. But we're getting the invitations and other additional stuff through our DOC. She is giving us 30% off of our total order if we do it through her. We are inviting 320 guests and set up our budget for $800-1$1000. I hope that we spend even less though.

I am making my invites myself.. and figured i will end up spending about 300 on 100 invites including postage.

Thanks ladies. I guess I'm allotting a lot of money to paper stuff - but I really really really love anything written/printed/etc. so it is important to me. ..I wonder if I should cut back?!

I budgeted 2K...and I'm getting letterpress for under that price on everything, which is awesome - but its still a lot. I'm about to send in my final invite design and I just started to get nervous. But I guess I need to understand that its important to me, and if it is I need to be willing to pay for it!

I want a free wedding! By martha stewart, with a cake from Sylvia Weinstock and letterpress invitations from Bella Figura!

A guy in the woods in wisconsin. Seriously.

I found him on google. You have to do your own designs, but his work is high quality (he sent me samples) and he let me contact some people he had done work for and they were all very very happy.

I was desperate for letterpress and totally couldn't afford any of the big ones. The samples he sent me were really simple, but the quality was great - and he told me he can DO anything, its just a matter of me (or you) designing it. He can help with design, but that costs more.

For one color printing on invites, rsvp, direction card, menu, program and two diff thank you notes (one for my shower) - it will be about $1300. 2 color printing is closer to 2 K.
