How much do you tip people?

How much do you tip people?

OK so we are updating our budget and want to include tipping as well.

Our venue charges 18% gratuity as well as charges $1.50 / head for the matrid gratuity

I know there is the DJ - but how much?

Who else and how much should we include in budgeting tips?

search the 2011 board. They talk about this often, and from what I understand, the 18% grat the RH charges does not cover your tip for the staff there in full.

If the DJ or (photog, DOC, etc) is the owner, do you still tip them? I know you don't tip the owner of a salon if they cut your hair for example, but is it the same for this stuff too?
