How much does a DJ cost?

Hey ladies!

Just wondering if any of you had quotes for DJs? I'm just trying to get a feel for how much a decent DJ will cost. Even though my parents are helping with most of the expenses, I definitely am doing this myself so I can make sure that no one has access to the microphone without my or FH's approval. Oh the wonders of crazy relaties and open bars...

How much does a DJ cost? - Long Island Weddings

These are not my DJ but if you go to Absolutedjs.com they actually list their prices. It's a good starting point and I think pretty average.

Cost all depends on what you want too. DJ is a bigger expense for us but we added in lots of uplighting/towers/etc.

It depends what you want but a regular package usually will start around 1,200 I think.

The package we got for our DJ, from Brooklyn, is costing us $3,500. What can I say....I'm marrying an Italian who wants a good party!

Try DJ Cross Productions- great DJ great prices- he really gets the party going 718-762-7699 I have used him for all my parties and now my wedding and soon after my daughters sweet 16

Paying 2500 for my DJ/MC.. for about 5 hours and I am getting my photobooth through him too.

This!..we are using absolute and got a super booth photo booth with them too. Prices are reasonable and easy going to work with. They actually showed us a video of an actual wedding from our venue which was very helpful to see.

We are using Allstar DJ. He lists his rates on his website . Also getting a photobooth. We paid 1500.00
