How much does calligraphy cost?

Ladies, It's not for a while but .....,I had planned on doing my calligraphy myself but I'm just feeling overwhelmed.
How much does is cost to have a calligrapher do it for you? I can't find any estimates anywhere.

Depends if you want hand or computer. Computer is much cheaper (I think less than a dollar per envelope)...there are many vendors on here that people recommend, check out the vendor page. It's beautiful, but definitely not hand.

I wanted hand only, just my preference. Hand CAN be pricey but it doesn't have to be. My hand calligrapher was Wendy Trout, she does truly stunning work, is super easy and patient to work with AND her pricing is VERY reasonable. She only charges $1.50 per inner/outer envelope set, less if you only have one envelope. There's another hand calligrapher that people on here use named Michele Clark, she also does beautiful work and is comparable in price.

Hand calligraphy can go way up in price past those amounts but it shouldn't have to. If you do a search on here you'll find contact info for both of them, I don't have Wendy's on hand but I'm sure I posted it at one point or another. Good Luck either way!

I also had them do my RSVP envelopes...I AM DONE with printing!

I forgot how much for inner envelopes cause I didn't need it

i paid $1.00 per envelope for computer calligraphy came out wonderful!
