By the end of Summer I will have my dress, BM dresses and Limos done. Am I behind?

Our wedding is on June 18, 2005 and we have:
The theme Church Reception My gown DJ Florist Photograher Videographer Cake Topper Toasting Flutes Tux shop (but not actual tuxes yet) HM destination (haven't booked hotel or air yet)
I've picked out: Invitations STD's BM gowns
In the works: Limos hotel blocks favors
Still have to figure out: hair/makeup my accessories attendants gifts menu and cake (but not for a while yet!)

We have Church Reception Hall DJ Photo/Video Limos Hair/Make up Trial Registry We still have to get flowers, dresses and Tuxes but we have all of our major things done

WOW you girls are good
My date 2/19/05 My FI and I live upstate and will be moving down as soon as the school year finishes (I am a teacher ) so we don't have much done
Reception hall have the church but both of us had a change of heart so we are going to get married at the reception hall Photographer Wedding dress settled on BM dresses just need to place the order

My mom always says that once you are engaged the important part is done...you picked the groom!!! She is nuts! Little does she know...that was the easy part

Have done: Reception hall + ceremony (but no one to marry us yet) Bought the STD's but haven't mailed them Booked the ceremony and cocktail hour music
In other words, I could have put a big fat NOTHING there and it would have amounted to the same thing. I am WAY behind.

So far I have the following done:
got the groom
got the bridal party
got the wedding date
wedding ceremony / reception place
the date
the rice / the rice bags
the bridemaid dresses
the favors (done as of next week!)
the pastor
the toasting flutes
the cake topper
photographer
invitations
florist is almost (by the end of the month)
dj will be july into august
no limos (everyone is staying at the hotel the night before)
no 'professional' video. Mini DV camera will be purchased and used the day of the wedding by friends and family. Edited by me personally after I come back from my honeymoon. I want it to be more personal.
Still need my dress!!!!!!

I live 2 blocks away! that is a great place for a romantic wedding! Great choice. I forget to mention the palce The waters edge in LIC.

Oh my god...reading this gave me a total anxiety attack!
I just have my reception location (where ceremony will also be held.)
and I am June 11th, 2005.
Should I be worried??
Done lots of research into photog. and DJ, but I have not booked anything. YIKES!!

I feel so behind! I thought I was ahead of the game but then I have already been engaged a year so I kept thinking 'I have all of this time'. Now I am nervous but I am also scared if I do too much now the time will go slow. What do you think?

james'pokey: i feel the same way! (we have the same date ) I have been engaged 7 months and kept thinking 'no rush'. Even all those checklists tell you to start booking the majority of the stuff 7-9 months ahead, but that does not seem the case! i think it's a NY thing. Either way, this post gave me an anxiety attack, and i booked appointments with photogs and DJ's for next week. Also started an Excel spreadsheet with all contact info, notes on vendors, websites, phone numbers, and pertinant info. It made me feel much better.

Hey james'pokey and bunnymonkey- if it makes you feel any better i live in NY now and my fiancee lives in FL. I plan on moving to FL ASAP which is why I went crazy about getting so many things done. That and I'm a bit neurotic.
