to have hardwood floors refinished?? If you've had your HW floors refinished, how much did it run? which rooms did you do? etc.. we have a ranch...3 BR's, LR, DR, entry and foyer... TIA

We paid $2400 for those rooms. We also had them stained.

Okay it was done in Y2K (I can't believe it was that long ago).
They pulled up the old kitchen floor & installed 12x9 new oak flooring, finished it and refinished the rest of the house (ranch as well, so LR, DR, hallways & 3 bedrooms) and it was just under $2700.
