My girls took me on a cruise to the Bahamas for my bachelorette trip and we are also going on a regular Bachelorette Party later this month (this includes everyone since not everyone could do the trip). IMO, I don't think that a limo, dinner and drinks is too much to spend as a Bridesmaid, but as the bride, I don't think anything should be EXPECTED. I would have been happy with a dinner party at someone's house and a few bottles of wine or whatever. The way I see it, a Bridal Party is going to do their best for the bride and if a limo is not in their budget I in no way would be disappointed nor would I want them to spend money they may not have just for a limo etc. But as a BM, I would not feel like a limo, dinner and drinks is too much.
I only had 2 bm's. I say that while the one spent over 150, the other spent absolutely nothing. She didn't even bother showing up.
