Hair & Makeup trials really add up! How much have you guys spent on all the trials you've been on?
Is the money for the trial put towards the day of when you book with the vendor or is it just a separate cost?
I need hair and makeup for 2 days so I have to pay double!

So far it's been $120...a tip on a free trial and just the fee an an EXPENSIVE trial. I haven't even touched hair yet...eep. For me it was a seperate cost...some people do it differently though.

I spent close to $350 on hair and makeup trials, and none of that could have been applied to day of! But my first trials came out so bad that I had to find new vendors and get second trials, so that upped the cost a lot (and the new people I found are more expensive but WAYYYYYY better).

I spent $65 on my hair and it'll be the same for day of. I haven't done my makeup yet but that's $55.

so far $180 including tips I still have not found anyone for makeup and am rethinking my hair so I will be going at the end of the month again so more money to add to the total

75 for makeup trial then I gave a $10 tip, my hair willbe soon and thats $50 and i will give a $10 tip as well

I only did 1 trial... I was going to do more but I liked how it came out so I just booked her. It was $100 for hair and makeup plus a $20 tip.

Wow! I didn't pay anything for a trial, but I booked with the woman who gave me the hair/makeup trial. Maybe she would've charged if I hadn't booked with her. Who knows. This was a makeup artist from NJ.

I'm going to s pend $150 on my hair and m/u trial. Hopefully if I like them, I'll book them! Otherwise, it's back to the drawing board!

Hair is $125 EACH TIME I DO IT. Which i had one & then one fo rmy day.
Make-up $140 free trial includes tip. She is also my friend & didnt want to charge me anything but i paid her anyway!

I went to 4 different places for makeup and hair trials so it really added up!
I think I spent anywhere from $100-$150 on a hair and makeup trial.

Let's see. 1st one is 100.00 with Liwedding vendor, 2nd one 100.00 with Li wedding vendor, 3 rd one 35.00 (not Li wedding vendor) and 4th one is 75.00 (not Liwedding vendor). Decided to go with 3 rd & 4th and the money apply to the trial did not went to the wedding day. UGH
